Renowned Woodstock artist Allan Edward Sloan donated this unique property — containing mixed forest, old bluestone quarries, and unusual geological features — to WLC in 1998, just prior to his death. The land is a wildlife haven and reflects the area’s natural and industrial history. Featuring an approximately one-mile looped and unique geological trail, this preserve is a popular destination for school and education groups. Limited parking by the kiosk, return another time if the parking area is full.
