Water Element Qigong

Description

This workshop offers gentle movement and breath-led practice designed to support nervous system regulation through the traditional Chinese art of Qigong, hosted by local teacher Gentle Mothh. While contemplating the Fontayne Kill that runs through Zena Cornfield, participants are invited to move with the qualities of water, cultivating softness, strength, and continuity through practice.

No prior qigong experience required. This class welcomes those seeking a grounded practice for cultivating harmony with self and environment. This will be a 45 minute Practice with 5 minutes for arrivals, 15 minutes for post-practice integration and connection. No equipment needed, but if you would like something to stand on, feel free to bring a mat or blanket
