You don’t have to look far to see why generations of residents and visitors have been drawn to Woodstock and the surrounding Catskill Mountains. All around are breathtaking vistas, open fields, lush forests, sparkling streams, and abundant wildlife. There is a strong heritage of working on the land and a dynamic community of the arts inspired by the area’s natural beauty. Such ecological and cultural riches make life here peaceful, vibrant, and unique.

Yet over time, many of Woodstock’s most special places have been put at risk by rapid growth and inappropriate development. The Woodstock Land Conservancy (WLC) works to ensure that even in the face of such challenges, our natural environments will be protected for the benefit of everyone, for many generations to come.

WLC is seeking a Volunteer Administrative Assistant! Put your talents to work as we grow and strengthen the organization. Read about it here.
